MAKEUP POLICY
In order to receive a makeup lesson you must give us *24 hrs notice you are missing your regularly scheduled time.
London Studios does not issue refunds for missed lessons. Registering for lessons signifies your commitment to a weekly private lesson spot.
Makeup days are scheduled by instructors quarterly, but there are often openings mid-week we can reschedule you.

*Winter related emergencies and last minute illness will be treated with some flexibility, but taken case by case. Students found to be abusing the policy will not receive makeup lessons.

CANCELLATION POLICY
30 days notice is required to cancel lessons. Lessons are month to month with no long term commitment.
If you are unable to continue lessons, we can transfer your credit to a friend or family member.
