Registration
Due to the exclusive nature of the London School of Guitar Workshop, space for this program is limited to 40 TOTAL students and early registration is strongly recommended to guarantee program acceptance.

Cancellations before June 1st will be refunded, minus a $300 cancellation fee.
Accomodation
Onsite accommodation for students ages 14 and up is available in our luxury master suites, boasting lavish comfort, stunning views, private baths and spacious walk-in closets. Most master suites include a balcony or private patio. The added convenience of onsite accommodation is an incredible bonus! Private and shared suites are available. Shared suites are based on age and gender. Specific roommate requests may be made on the Registration Form in the Registration Packet. Spaces are extremely limited. Only Students age 18 or above may opt to stay in the world-class lodging at the nearby Canyons Resort (4 Diamond Resort). http://www.thecanyons.com/ Students have the choice of beautiful double or private suites. Registrants will be placed in suites according to age and gender. Students requesting a specific roommate must notate the student's name in the appropriate section on the Registration form in the Registration packet. Strict curfew and ZERO TOLERANCE for any drugs or alcohol will be observed.
Meals
Three delicious and nutritious meals plus snacks, desserts, and beverages will be provided to all students who register for the Meal Package. Vegetarian options are available at every meal. Students may opt to bring their own meals, however; be advised refrigeration space is limited.
Students Under The Age of 18
Students under the age of 18 are not allowed to leave the Guitar Workshop without an approved chaperone from the London School of Guitar staff and signed parental permission slip on file with the London School of Guitar offices, or with an approved adult family member.
Day Students under the age of 18 must be dropped off and picked up daily by an adult family member and signed out with a London School of Guitar Workshop staff member.
Students under the age of 18 staying onsite at the Workshop Property must leave their car keys (if applicable) with our Program Director, Emily Platts. Keys will be returned at the end of the workshop. Safety is our primary concern and registrants under the age of 18 may not leave the property without parental consent on file.
Visitors
In order to provide a safe and private setting for our exclusive program, family and friends of registered students at The London School of Guitar Workshop will not be allowed on campus except for our Opening Night Open House, Monday August 6th at 5:00 p.m. and our Awards Breakfast on Saturday August 11th at 9:00 a.m. And don't forget to attend the Guitar Workshop Finale Concert on August 10th at 7:00 p.m.
Student Conduct Code
The London School of Guitar has a ZERO TOLERANCE for drugs or alcohol onsite at the Workshop or The Canyons Resort for any student under the age of 21. Students over the age of 21 may not consume alcohol anywhere on the Workshop Mansion property at any time and may not be found to be intoxicated in any way during program hours. A ZERO TOLERANCE for drugs is applicable to ALL students. Failure to comply will result in termination from the program with no refund. All students are required to sign a copy of our Conduct Code before admittance to the London School of Guitar Workshop.
